10 Easy Pumpkin Recipes PIN

It’s officially back-to-school season here in the New York, which means FALL is here… even if the calendar begs to differ and it’s 90+ degrees out this week. WOOF!

Nothing screams “I’m ready for fall” than cracking open your first can of pumpkin for the season. Usually as a content creator I work ahead, but this year, I still haven’t made any new pumpkin recipes.

When I was brainstorming about what to make this year, I realized I’ve made so many from my list already, so I wanted to share them all in one neat place so you can check them off your list this year too.

Meet my 10 favorite easy pumpkin recipes that you MUST TRY this fall season…

And P.S. I love to stock up on canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling as every recipe says!!) on Thrive Market because it’s delivered straight to my door, so I don’t have to do all the heavy lifting!!

1 . Pumpkin Cookie Dough Dip

Pumpkin Dip - Healthy Dessert

Pumpkin Cookie Dough Dip is a great after-school snack, full of pumpkin flavor, but made from nourishing ingredients for a healthy snack with protein, high fiber carbs, and healthy fats. I encourage you to try it straight from the container with a spoon!

Serve it with apple slices for a crunch – I love a Granny Smith because the tart green apple compliments the sweeter pumpkin dip really well.

Runner up: Savory Pumpkin Hummus that combines my traditional hummus recipe with pumpkin puree. I think this is a great Thanksgiving appetizer to jazz up a charcuterie board or veggie tray to get some veg in!

2 . Pumpkin Pizza Crust

This is such an oldie, but a goodie that needs to be re-photographed! Pumpkin Pizza Crust was developed in my first studio apartment when I was in my dietetic internship (training to become the dietitian that I am today!)… and was used in one of my rotations at the Natural Gourmet Institute!

Made from just oats, chia seeds, pumpkin puree, and a ton of spices, it’s not your typical fluffy pizza dough, but more like a flatbread instead.

Bonus: kids will LOVE to make this with you!

3 . Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

My kids LOVE sweets, including cookies, so if I could ADD some nutrition and they still eat ’em up… WHY NOT?! There’s NO added sugar in this recipe, so it can definitely double as a breakfast cookie type of situation!

Do I always do this? NOPE! But it’s a fun way to make your oatmeal cookies more seasonal.
