HELLO FALL!
OK, so I know it’s not officially fall yet, but I’m gearing up to turn on all things pumpkin, apples, cinnamon and cloves anyyyyy day now.
Fall is my favorite season, but can also be a tough one if you’re living with food allergies. Between halloween candy and endless holiday cookies, there’s a lot of opportunity to feel left out when you have to eat “free from” something. (In my case, I’m allergic to nuts, peanuts, and sesame seeds, so I know what the restriction feels like first hand!).
This year, I’m participating in the Blog Hop Cookie Swap with a few of my fellow specialty blogger friends and we’re hosting an amazing KITCHEN AID MIXER giveaway on Instagram to go along with it!
