Five Ingredient Breakfast Recipes

Breakfast is hands-down my favorite meal of the day. I wake up HUNGRY nearly everyday, so breakfast is essentially my motivation to get out of bed.

BUT, I don’t have all that much time to get breakfast on the table. Mornings are my most productive time of day so I don’t like to waste time futzing around with an elaborate breakfast with tons of ingredients. I want breakfast, and I want it quickly, with little hands-on time and few ingredients.

I’ve been giving a lot of attention to 5-ingredient dinner and lunch recipes (thanks to the release of my ebook, Thrive in 5), but breakfast needs some love too!

I recruited help from my fellow registered dietitians to share 35 Five Ingredient Breakfast Recipes that are balanced, easy, delicious, and fun!
