Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat an 8×8 pan with oil or parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas well, but feel free to leave some larger chunks. Then add coconut oil, vanilla, and milk alternative and mix to combine.
  3. Then slowly add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and mix with a spoon until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Pour batter into your prepared pan. Place banana slices sporadically on top (as pictured) or chocolate chips, if desired.
  5. Bake for ~27, or until edges brown and slightly pull away from the sides of your pan. Let cool completely before slicing to enjoy!
