Nut Free No Bake Protein Bars

Nut Free No Bake Protein Bars are made with real, whole ingredients that are easy to find, plus they’re a portable, allergy safe snack to pack and take with you on your summer adventures. You’ll want to double the recipe to freeze so you always have these on hand!

Nut Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free, Soy Free

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Organic SunButter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup oat flour (make sure the texture is super fine!)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the SunButter, maple syrup, protein powder, oat flour and salt. Mix until uniform consistency forms. The dough will be tough. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Press the dough into the pan until flat. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Cut into 8 bars. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Enjoy!
