Chocolate Popcorn Bars

Chocolate Popcorn Bars are an easy no bake dessert made with just 5 ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes! These bars pair a combination of sweet and salty flavors with popcorn, nut free SunButter, and chocolate, dusted with flaky salt for the perfect crispy bite!

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup Natural SunButter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 5 cups air popped popcorn (about 1/3 cup kernels)
  • 1 bag mini chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl mix together butter with SunButter and salt until uniform consistency formed.
  3. Add popcorn and carefully mix together until popcorn is completely coated.
  4. Transfer the popcorn mixture to the lined baking dish. Using a new piece of parchment paper, press down the popcorn mixture into the dish. Remove the parchment paper on top.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Mix together in between intervals until completely melted and smooth. Pour chocolate on top of the popcorn. Spread it evenly on top.
  6. Refrigerate bars for about 20 minutes, or until chocolate hardens. Cut into 12-16 squares. Enjoy!
