Thanks so much for stopping by! I’m Chelsey, the founder of Chelsey Amer Nutrition, an online nutrition coaching practice and consulting business.

My mission is to make nutrition easy, without dieting, so you can feel your best — without binging on the foods you love (but think you can’t have)!

Through my coaching programs and simple and tasty recipes, you can also experience that food and nutrition can be stress-free (but delicious!).

I’m a past dieter who used to obsess over every bite I took (even throwing away food because I didn’t trust myself!). And now I have multiple desserts and snacks in my house at the same time.

I want to help you get there too.

Thinking about food 24/7 is no fun… & no way to live!

You feel like a failure for not being able to stick to ANOTHER plan.

You don’t have to waste another 30 days following a meal plan that won’t lead to lasting results.

You can rebuild your relationship with food and stop binging so you can confidently set the example you want for your kids.

I know where you’ve been because I was once there myself.

I struggled with dieting and finding my happy weight for over a decade. But when I stopped listening to what others were telling me, learned to listen to my body, and actually eat foods I love (versus what I thought I “should” be eating), I became an intuitive eater once again!

I felt better than I ever had before – without unnecessary food restrictions!

I had more energy, I stopped overeating, and my clothes fit comfortably.

Most of all, I wasn’t preoccupied with food anymore. I learned to satisfy my cravings and eat the foods that made my body feel its best.
