Chocolate Covered SunButter Banana Popsicles

Chocolate Covered SunButter Banana Popsicles are a refreshing summer treat with a serving of fruit and tons of flavor, thanks to the combination of chocolate and SunButter!

Instructions

  1. Insert a lollipop or popsicle stick into each piece of banana, about 2/3 of the way. Set aside on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix SunButter with 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Spread the SunButter on the bananas. Place back on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl combine chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, mixing in between, until completely smooth.
  4. Dip the SunButter-coated bananas in chocolate. Sprinkle with crushed sunflower seeds and flaky sea salt. Freeze for at least 20-30 minutes (or overnight), until chocolate hardens.
  5. Store Chocolate Covered SunButter Banana Popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
