SunButter, Banana, and Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices whole grain bread (gluten free, if needed)
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 banana, sliced
  • Generous pinch of sea salt
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Organic SunButter (or your favorite variety)

Instructions

  1. Lay slices of bread flat on your counter.
  2. Spoon mashed avocado on 1 slice of bread.  
  3. Place the banana slices on top of the avocado. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Then use a knife to spread SunButter on the other slice of bread.
  5. Place the SunButter slice (SunButter face down) on top of the avocado banana slice.
  6. Cut in half and enjoy!
