Garnish: scallions, cilantro, sliced red chilis, sunflower seeds
Instructions
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss shrimp in 1 tablespoon olive oil and spices. Thread 3-5 shrimp on each skewer.
Heat cast iron pan or grill pan over medium-high heat, coated with 1 tablespoon oil. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until opaque. Set aside.
To prepare SunButter Satay Sauce, combine ingredients in a small bowl until uniform consistency forms.
Serve shrimp skewers with SunButter sauce. Garnish with scallions, sunflower seeds, and/or cilantro. Enjoy!
