S'mores No Bake Protein Bars

S’mores No Bake Protein Bars are an easy make-ahead snack that’s portable, delicious, packed with protein, and great for the whole family. Made in 1 bowl, with less than 10 ingredients, this protein bar recipe will become a staple in your weekly prep.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut/seed butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unflavored protein powder (I used collagen)
  • 1/2 cup oat flour (make sure the texture is super fine!)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky salt (for on top)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together nut/seed butter, maple syrup, protein powder + oat flour. Fold in the chocolate chips + marshmallows.
  2. Pour into a lined loaf pan + press down with your fingers. Sprinkle salt on top.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then cut into bars. Store in the fridge.
