- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- To make the fudge: In a medium-sized bowl combine SunButter, coconut oil and salt. Mix until silky smooth. Pour into loaf pan in an even layer.
- To make the swirl: In the same bowl, mix together coconut oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, and pure maple syrup until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the SunButter fudge layer and carefully using a toothpick swirl it around. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for about 20 minutes, until fudge hardens. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy!
Storage tip: Store cut up fudge squares in a food storage container in the freezer.
