Instructions

  1. Rinse salmon filets and pat dry. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spray with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Spread Dijon mustard on top of the filets, and then sprinkle the sugar on top.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10-13 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon.
  4. Enjoy warm.
