  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • Thyme leaves from 5 sprigs

Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon good quality olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard or Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
