Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats, gluten free if needed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice (I use Ripple Pea Protein Milk or Coconut Milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • Optional: 1 scoop collagen protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or small bowl. Mix together until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. When ready to eat in the morning, stir, and enjoy!
