Top 10 THANKSGIVING Soups, Sides & Salad Recipes From Around the Web!

While the main attraction of Thanksgiving should be friends and family gathering with quality time spent together and meaningful conversation, the focus is usually on the MENU!

For me, Thanksgiving is a little different now that I’m a vegetarian.

I no longer focus on the turkey (although it’s always present!)…and I definitely don’t partake in the tofurkey trend…so the SOUP, SALADS, & SIDES have become my BFFs! At any large holiday dinner, my plate often looks like a giant cornucopia of vegetable and grain side dishes. And I LOVE  this!9788883235_89dc954e87_o

Since I’m not the only vegetarian at the table (have I mentioned my dad’s a vegan???), there’s always  plenty of sides to equal a lip-smacking and satisfying meal. You might notice a pattern of pumpkin, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, and hearty cruciferous veggies because this is the perfect time of year for it!

Are you panicking before Thursday?? STAY CALM!!
