Creamy dairy free Chocolate Chip SunButter Banana Ice Cream is the perfect treat to cool off and feel good all summer long! Dairy Free, Nut Free, Gluten Free, Vegan, Grain Free, Egg Free, Soy Free

Ingredients

8 bananas, sliced into ½-inch coins

1/3 cup water or milk for blending

1/3 cup Natural SunButter

¼ teaspoon sea salt

½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place sliced bananas on baking sheet and freeze for about 2 hours.
  2. Once bananas are frozen, add bananas, water or milk, Natural SunButter, and sea salt to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. You may need to pause to scrape down the sides before fully blended.
  3. Transfer SunButter Banana Ice Cream to a loaf pan or freezer-safe dish. Mix in chocolate chips.
  4. Cover ice cream and freeze for at least 4-8 hours, depending on your desired consistency. Serve in a cone (trust me!).
