Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hot chili sauce (like Sriracha)
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, caps cut into 1/2-inch slices or left whole if smaller
