Nut Free No Bake Lactation Bites

Nut Free No Bake Lactation Bites are a great make-ahead healthy snack idea for nursing moms! Made with ingredients that support lactation, these no bake bites will help you stay energized as you feed your baby!

Instructions

  1. Add oats, flaxseed, brewers yeast, SunButter, dates and ¼ cup chocolate chips to a large food processor. Pulse until combined.
  2. If the mixture looks dry (likely if your dates are older or dry), add water in 1 tablespoon increments. I added about ¼ cup total.
  3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop into balls and roll between your hands until smooth. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Add ¼ cup chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl with coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted, stirring in between. Drizzle the chocolate on top of the lactation bites.
  5. Place the lactation bites in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!
