Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz can wild Alaskan salmon
  • 1/3 cup canned artichokes, drained
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup green beans, fresh, canned, or frozen and thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Pinch Black pepper
  • 1 Red pepper, whole roasted
  • 1 tsp Olive oil, good quality extra virgin
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, halved with seeds scooped out

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except for tomatoes, in a medium sized bowl. Mix together thoroughly.

Stuff in tomatoes. Enjoy!
