7-Ingredient Healthy Homemade Pizza Rolls

Enjoy an easy, no fuss twist on pizza night with these 7-Ingredient Healthy Homemade Pizza Rolls! This high protein dinner recipe is fun to make with kids and packed with nourishing ingredients! Your entire family will eat these up as a delicious lunch, snack or dinner.

  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano 
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (+ additional for serving)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a small baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, oregano, and garlic powder until combined. You may wish to use your hands to knead the dough so all of the flour gets incorporated.
  3. Sprinkle some additional flour on a clean surface and roll the dough out into a large square, about 12×12, or ⅛-inch thick.
  4. Spread the sauce on the dough. Top with cheese. If desired, sprinkle additional oregano or other pizza toppings.
  5. Roll the dough lengthwise so you have a long log. Cut into ~10 equal pieces, about 1.5 inches thick. Place the rolls in the small baking dish so you can see the filling on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy warm with additional marinara sauce on the side.
