  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt

Topping suggestions:

  • Nut/seed butter
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Shredded coconut
  • Sliced almonds (if no allergies exist)
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cut banana in half lengthwise and plate cut side up.
  2. Add yogurt on top then adorn with toppings. Enjoy!
