  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups finely chopped Nature’s Greens collard greens
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese or pecorino cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
