Small Group Coaching is not a diet program. There’s no calorie counting, no macro tracking, no weighing in. Instead, you’ll learn long-term, sustainable nutrition and health habits so you can feel your best.

Consider Small Group Coaching your toolbox. Over the course of our 8 weeks together, plus the video modules, you’ll build your toolbox so you have the tools you need to THRIVE, without stressing over food, binging every evening, or worrying about what to eat every minute of everyday.

This is unlike any other program or diet you’ve tried in the past because we’re not just working on what you eat. We’re focusing on long-term lifestyle changes and mindset adjustments too, with a registered dietitian as your coach and cheerleader every step of the way!

Will I lose weight?

I’m not going to sugar coat it… I don’t know. When you start to nourish yourself properly to have enough energy and stamina to chase after your kids, get through your workday, and feel your best, your body can do one of three things: lose weight, maintain your weight, or gain weight.

By becoming an intuitive eater, with well-balanced eating habits, trusting your hunger and fullness cues, without depriving yourself of your favorite foods, your weight will gravitate to the place that is most sustainable - for LIFE. For some clients this is weight loss, for others its weight maintenance. And did you know it's actually HEALTHIER for your body to maintain a more consistent weight versus the years of yo-yo dieting you've experienced?

The beauty of my Small Group Coaching is that the groups are actually kept small. You’ll receive weekly coaching from Chelsey on our live calls. Plus, you have access to message Chelsey 24/7 with questions and concerns.

Even more, you’ll be able to do picture-based food logging, which is like having your coach on your shoulder for accountability and support at every meal and snack.

The group participants also have access to their own chat to share even more resources, support and information.
