Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten free, if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon serving of New Chapter’s Fermented Turmeric Booster Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • Optional: drizzle pure maple syrup for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Shake well to combine.
  2. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy topped with fresh fruit, nut/seed butter, or as is!
