Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/3 cup chopped steamed beets
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • Optional: Honey to taste
