Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl, and mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Form the mixture into 6 patties, about 3/4-inch thick. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat and coat with your favorite oil (I used olive oil).
When your pan is hot, add the patties. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown on the outside and cooked through. The internal temperature should read 165F when done.
